After successful payment for the order in the online store, you will receive information about the order number in your e-mail box. After the order is shipped from the online store, the order will be assigned a tracking number, which will be sent to you by the carrier who will deliver the order in the country of purchase.
For European countries it is necessary to register the tracking number, which is provided by the carrier during delivery from the store to our warehouse. Warehouse employees do not identify the goods by the order number from the store, so it is not necessary to register it.
The exception is orders on Allegro, often the buyer has only the order number. In this case, it is necessary to enter it for identification at acceptance.
We inform you that when ordering from such stores as:
Zara, H&M, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, - orders can be divided into several separate parcels. This is due to the fact that the store may not have the entire order in stock. Please check this information with the store's support team before creating an order.
When a store divides an order into several parts, the owner of the order must register each part for correct scanning by the warehouse. For example, when splitting an order into two parcels, you need to register two orders with the same number: 123456789 123456789-1
If you want to deliver the split order in one parcel, you need to combine the items in the cabinet at checkout, selecting them with checkmarks to create a shipment.
If parcels are delivered from other countries to our warehouses, the track number may change in each country local carrier number. In this case you need to use the option to edit the track number in your personal cabenet (Pencil) before it arrives at our warehouse address.
